Letter to Secretary General International Maritime Organization continued

Could you please have someone from the Inspector Generals Office in Washington D. C., that I could trust contact me.
Thank you for publishing Drugs and Ships-it perfectly reflects my views on the harmful effects of drugs and why we must do something-"if only one life is saved as a consequence, the effort will have been worthwhile." (IX Drugs and Ships).

Sincerely,

Captain William H. Schweizer, U.S.M.M.; Missionary; Founder-Mountaintop Sea Ministries, International

P. S. I am well aware of the risk in pursuing my present course which has an expanded definition of "criminal." "......... great care should be taken when dealing with any aspect of drugs. The criminals are violent and will use force without hesitation even with fatal results." (page 72 Drugs and Ships)

Dear Mr. Mitropoulos:
Drug overdose deaths increased 37% in one year in the county in which I live (the county in which Boeing jets are built and the location of the Port of Seattle) and cocaine deaths nearly doubled. I have detailed documentation on why this has occured and it is a result of corruption involving law enforcement, politicians, one of the richest businessman in the world, state sponsored drug treatment programs, and the Port of Seattle.
