 We now have documentary proof that the Washington State Patrol, Chelan County Sheriff, Chelan County Superior Court, the FBI, and the California Highway Patrol have been infiltrated by organized crime-'The Third Level'. These documents conclusively prove the claims I have been making in this blog.
