The Drug Corruption Plague

As I begin to write this post I am reminded of The Plague by Albert Camus-if Camus were alive today would he write?: "The country isn't willing to admit it has the drug corruption plague but it pervades the whole society."
This post will be the basis of a complaint to:
The King County Bar Association against Mary's law firm-ACA, and King County Prosecutor Norm Maleng.
King County Superior Court Criminal Presiding Judge Trickey regarding Judge Kessler who held Mary's arraignment hearing on August 28.
The Portland FBI-Special Agent In-Charge, Robert J. Jordan regarding King County Prosecutor Norm Maleng and Seattle Police Chief Kerlikowske again violating Mary's civil rights.
King County Executive Ron Sims, Harborview Medical Center, and ACLU regarding Mary's well being at the King County Jail.
Regarding Mary's law firm: Friday I saw Mary and she was in good spirits. I saw no signs of distress. She told me her arraignment hearing for Monday was going to be postponed. Mary's attorneys told Judge Kessler Mary was taking oxycontin and was in and out of conciousness. They requested a postponment of the arraignment. I believe they lied to the judge. I voiced this opinion to David Hocraffer-in charge of public defenders and Dave Chapman in charge of Mary's legal defense firm-ACA. They promised they would take my complaint seriously. Dave Chapman promised Mary's attorneys would call me-they have not called.
Mary's attorneys have shown gross incompetence by being unable to view the two cars involved in the crash and have access to other key evidence and protect this key evidence. In their own words to Judge Kessler, they are worried about evidence being destroyed. Their own incompetence could have already led to this happening.
Mary's final words to me Friday were:"I will leave the evaluation of my attorneys up to you." I am going to request Mary ask for a new law firm and motions to transfer her trail out of King County.
Regarding Judge Kessler: Mary's lawyers motion to view cars and have access to key evidence and protecting this key evidence was not granted. This ruling by Judge Kessler could lead to evidence being destroyed-if not destroyed already.
Regarding King County Prosecutor Norm Maleng and Chief Kerlikowski: Their refusal to let Mary's lawyers view cars and other key evidence and take steps to protect this key evidence, in the words of Mary's lawyers, could have resulted in key evidence being destroyed. I believe this is the basis of their refusal-so they can destroy key evidence.
Regarding King County Jail: Mary Rivas is an untreated junkie and giving her oxycontin is furthering her addiction-cross addiction, at the taxpayers expense. I am concerned for her well being. I told the jail directors office I do not believe she is going in and out of conciousness as her lawyers say. If she is, she is overdoseing on oxycontin and coming near death. If this is true it raises serious issues for everyone addressed in this letter.
The directors office did not keep their promise to get back to me and address this concern.

Justice For Mary Rivas

This post will be mailed to the King County Bar Association. It will be the basis of a complaint against King County Prosecutor Norm Maleng. It will also be mailed to the FBI-Portland and will be the basis of a complaint against Seattle Police Chief Gil Kerlikowske and Norm Maleng for violating the civil rights of Mary Rivas.
The attorney and legal aide handling the Mary Rivas prosecution for Norm Maleng were made aware of my blog-http://www.all-ablog-drug-corruption.blogspot.com .
My ministries blog had no effect on Norm Maleng and accurately predicted his hatred, anger, and revenge toward Mary Rivas (heroin addict mentioned in my last post).
His anger, hatred, and revenge has led to continual public statements by him, with extensive press coverage, stating he wants Mary Rivas to spend the rest of her life in jail. These statements have no basis in law and have made it impossible for her to get a fair trail. He has even made the bizarre statement that he is going to consult with the parents of the dead police officer regarding how long she should be in prison. He has said nothing will sway him from his desire that she spend the rest of her life in prison. Mary is 31 years old. The press dutifully reports all his statements as fact.
Norm Maleng is acting in concert with the Seattle police chief. They both know an improper investigation was done. They believe they can sucessfully prosecute Mary because she is just a heroin addict with an extensive record and they have sucessfully turned public opinion against her. They have no concern for justice.
I believe she was a passenger and the facts of a proper investigation will show this. I believe if a proper investigation was done it would lead to the underlying reasons the police officer was killed and lives would be saved as mentioned in my blog. I believe they know who the real driver was but don't want to prosecute him because he would expose the drug corruption which goes on in Seattle implicating them. I believe Mary is in fear of her life if she identifies the driver.
So the drug scourge continues unabated in Seattle-Over 168 children have lost their lives to drug overdoses in Seattle so far this year and Norm Maleng and Gil Kerlikowske haven't said a word; to date there is no justice for Mary Rivas; and I add Norm Maleng's name to the list of corrupt public officials mentioned in my blog.

P.S. This post is being sent to Portland FBI because of extensive corruption of all kinds in Seattle. Recently FBI headquarters in Washington D.C. ordered the investigation regarding the assassination of a federal prosecuting attorney in Seattle be transferred to the Portland FBI office for investigation and out of the hands of the Seattle Police and Seattle FBI. Seattle is the only city in the country where a U.S. Justice Department federal prosecuting attorney has been assassinated.

My blog is now going to return to how the people who were carbon copied the report sent to Special Agent In Charge, Laura Laughlin, Seattle FBI (&the FBI) didn't uphold the law relating to corrupt state sponsored heroin treatment programs. This report with the death of Officer Barber has become very timely. We will have ongoing coverage and involvement with this tragedy including helping the heroin addict police allege is responsible for the death of Officer Barber. We will also continue to cover the Capitol Hill Massacre coverup.
If Governor Gregoire, Congressman Reicherdt, law enforcement, media, and clergy had worked to uphold the law, as my report called for, deaths relating to the drug scourge destroying our country could have been prevented-possibly even the death of Officer Barber.
You are going to be shocked and outraged by the inaction of Governor Gregoire, Congressman Reicherdt, and law enforcement to uphold the law. You will also be shocked and outraged by their actions to suppress my report and subvert the law.
I know the corrupt system is going to focus all their anger and hatred on the 31 year old heroin addict who remains under armed guard at Harborview Medical Center. My answer to their anger and hatred and a great good coming from this terrible tragedy are the words of Jesus:
" The teachers of the law and the Pharisees brought in a woman caught in adultery. They made her stand before the group and said to Jesus, "Teacher, this woman was caught in the act of adultery. In the Law Moses commanded us to stone such women. Now what do you say?" They were using this question as a trap, in order to have a basis for accusing him.
But Jesus bent down and started to write on the ground with his finger. When they kept on questioning him, he straightened up and said to them. "If any one of you is without sin, let him be the first to throw a stone at her." Again he stooped down and wrote on the ground.
At this, those who heard began to go away one at a time, the older ones first, until only Jesus was left, with the woman still standing there. Jesus straightened up and asked her, "Woman, where are they? Has no one condemned you?"
"No one, sir," she said.
"Then neither do I condemn you," Jesus declared. "Go now and leave your life of sin."

Evil

The following was related to Professor Fox when I urged him to end his cooperation with the forces of evil- the mayor and police chief who hired him to coverup the Capitol Hill Massacre. Please do not read this if you do not have a strong stomach!
I do extensive work with the homeless in Seattle's Chinatown. One night a homeless man-Chuck, was literally out of his mind because of what he had seen-the body of a baby girl less than one year old who had been raped, killed, mutilated, and had her uterus cut out. He claimed him and his friends knew who did it and were looking for that person to kill. I know Chuck well enough to believe him and could tell by his words and state of mind he was dead serious.
I can also tell you things like this are not uncommon on the streets of Seattle and happen all the time-maybe not this extreme, but similiar, i.e. dead babies in dumpsters. The Seattle Police Department just looks the other way.
I can also tell you I have been the subject of constant harrassment by the Seattle police when I am on the street helping homeless because they do not want me knowing what goes on. I have been assured it will stop but it does't. Numerous times I have taken my concerns to the police chief's office and mayors office to no avail.
Regarding this specific incident I immediately called Seattle police homicide the next morning and was told: "It didn't happen." I was refused any contact with a detective and hung up on.
I did everything I could to bring this to the attention of the chief and mayor including going to FBI. The police chief and mayor know and it's being covered up just like the Capitol Hill Massacre. I also believe the media, clergy, and community leaders know.

A Good Cop

For Chief Kirkpatrick and Chief Brian Wilson 7-27-06

Last night I was beaten and robbed at Top Foods in Federal Way-case # 06-10562. I consider myself fortunate to be alive.
For two hours I was with Officer Connolly as he worked to uphold the law. I have worked as a public safety advocate for many years and have had the privilege of knowing many fine officers from patrol officers to police chiefs and sheriff. I can tell you without any hesitation he is the finest police officer I have ever known. He is a natural leader with his fellow officers, professional, protecting of the rights of the suspects, and caring and compassionate toward me. He even helped me find my keys and came back this morning to give me the hood for my jacket which he had found.
I hope you will give him every consideration for advancement and know he will make an outstanding future police chief.
