HELP MARY!

This post will be the basis of another complaint against Mary's attorneys and law firm and will be mailed to anyone who can help Mary get competent and honest legal representation and take action against these attorneys and their law firm.
Since my last post concerning Mary's attorneys the following has occurred:
The head of the law firm failed to have Mary's attorneys call as promised. I have not heard from him or Mary's three attorneys.
The head of the law firm failed to keep his word to me that my ministry could play an important role in Mary's defense.
One of Mary's attorneys advised her I am to have no role in Mary's legal affairs. I consider by this action they want the uncovering by my blog of drug corruption involving law enforcement, politicians, businessmen, and government drug treatment programs to play no role in her defense and they have no desire to have the true driver of the car exposed and justice for Officer Barber's family as my blog is exposing.
One of Mary's attorneys has advised her that my statement about Mary's condition in my prior post has been detrimental to her legal defense. To make this clearer he has rationalized his lieing to the judge to Mary and convinced Mary she has to be untruthful to win in court. I can document this in a letter I have from Mary.
Before Mary's arraignment her attorneys advised her to not be her natural self and to act dishonestly.
One of Mary's attorneys has complained to Mary two times that I know of about my blog.
Mary's attorneys are falsely raising Mary's hopes by statements they are making to her that show they have no understanding of what the police investigation is alleging and what the prosecution is going to base its case against Mary on.
This post raises serious questions regarding incompetency, dishonesty, discrimination against my Christian ministry, censorship of my blog, and upholding the law. With these attorneys I guarantee you Mary will be found guilty and the drug corrupted system will win.

The Verdict

The verdict isn't in yet on Mary Jane Rivas but it is in for all of Mary's accusers.

"This is the verdict: Light has come into the world, but men loved darkness instead of light because their deeds were evil. Everyone who does evil hates the light, and will not come into the light for fear that his deeds will be exposed. But whoever lives by the truth comes into the light, so that it may be seen plainly that what he has done has been done through God." John 3: 19-21

Thank you Lord for the example of Officer Barber's family who "live in the light" and have refused to "stone such a woman" (see previous post).
Please pray for Officer Barber's family, Mary, and her accusers.

Criminal

Dear Mary:

My last trip to India I met with the two m.d.'s I told you about-one of whom as you know is a psychiatrist m.d., world famous for treating heroin addicts. It was a six hour meeting regarding the heroin addict my ministry was currently helping and how they could help her. They asked me many questions and listened intently. I will never forget how they looked when they finally understood the relationship between Annie and her pimp. They became silent and almost depressed. Finally they said: "we will never be able to help Annie till she ends her relationship with the criminal-in all our years we have never heard of such a relationship."
I know who "Wendy" is. Annie called her pimp "Kim" and "Jennifer." The system protected him-"Kim" and "Jennifer" and is now protecting "Wendy" as my blog has exposed.
My ministry was given permanent charity status by the IRS to "seek and save the lost." To do this I have a responsibility to see that the corrupt system stops protecting pimps-criminals and to see that pimps-criminals are put where they belong-jail.
If I am sucessful at this you will be free because "Wendy" was the driver and you were the passenger of the car that killed Officer Barber. Sadly though you can never be free (from addiction) till you end your relationship with the criminal. I have faith in you that you are going to be able to do this. I never give up on "seeking and saving the lost."
By exposing your pimp you now know you have a friend who is willing to give his life to save yours or as Jesus said: "greater love has no one than this, that he lay down his life for his friends." John 15:13
I hope you will continue to pray for me and my safety. The following quote is from Drugs and Ships: "....great care should be taken when dealing with any aspect of drugs. The criminals are violent and will use force without hesitation even with fatal results."

Continuation of 8-09-06 blog

After relating the above to Professor Fox I asked him if he knew about U.P.S. and the former Tacoma police chief who killed himself and his wife in front of their two little children. He said he did. This tragic event was the culmination of a seven year cover-up involving the University of Puget Sound-its president, trustees, and faculty, the Tacoma Police Department, city mayor, city manager, and city council. I told Professor Fox I tried for seven years to expose the cover-up relating to the Tacoma Police Department and University of Puget Sound and lobbied hard for seven years for a new university president. Relating to the cover-up involving U.P.S. it was much the same as the Capitol Hill Massacre cover-up-drugs, alcohol, and immoral behavior, with the same disastrous affects-loss of childrens lives-U.P.S. students. I had talked many times with the Tacoma Police Department precinct commander in charge of the north end where U.P.S. is located. He was beyond all doubt part of the problem and cover-up. I urged the Tacoma Police Department to take disciplinary action against him and was ignored. The precinct commander later was promoted to chief-the chief mentioned above. When the tragic event mentioned above took place it brought down the city government, city manager, Tacoma Police Department and the University of Puget Sound and a new president was appointed. The cover-up was ended but how many lives and tragic circumstances did it take?
I should mention that the turning point in the cover-up happened when I went to the most respected trustee for U.P.S. and presented him with the facts of the cover-up relating to U.P.S. He went to the president of U.P.S. and when she failed to act he resigned. This went a long way toward ending the cover-up at U.P.S. and the appointment of a new president and the saving of students lives, but unfortunately it could not prevent the tragic events to come.
He did without asking what I asked Professor Fox to do. He is now chairman of the board of the company he works for, which has a world wide reputation for integrity and is the world leader for what it does.
The Capitol Hill Massacre cover-up continues and the lives of our children continue to be lost to drugs, alcohol, and immoral behavior. Since the Capitol Hill Massacre over one hundred fifty children have died of drug overdoses in Seattle and the police chief, mayor, city council , media, clergy, community leaders, and Professor Fox have not said a word about these deaths. Professor Fox had no excuse for not ending his cooperation with the forces of evil in Seattle. After relating the above two incidents to Professor Fox I thought he would resign and end his cooperation with the Seattle mayor and police chief. God forgive Seattle, God forgive America!
