Dismissal
Mary Jane Rivas has given Mountaintop Sea Ministries International permission to obtain her medical records. Mary Jane Rivas has also given Mountaintop Sea Ministries International permission to disclose her medical records in any way we see fit.
Mary Jane Rivas's medical records clearly show that she is innocent-not the driver of the vehicle that killed Officer Barber and that the Seattle police and the King County Prosecutor have lied about Mary being the driver. (The King County Superior Court has also appointed a new attorney for Mary because fingerprints were found on the steering wheel of Mary's pimp and her law firm has represented him before.)
To show probable cause the Seattle police and King County Prosecutor said Mary was wearing a seatbelt and that bruises from the seatbelt clearly corresponded to her wearing the drivers side seatbelt. The emergency room medical report filled out by the Harborview doctors shows no marks from a seatbelt on her chest or abdomen.
The doctors at Harborview Medical have a worldwide reputation for excellent trauma care.
MARY'S CASE SHOULD NOW BE DISMISSED!
NOTE: I have talked to Detective Mudd who is investigating Mary. He lied to me about the Seattle police probable cause report and said the reporting in the Seattle papers regarding seatbelt bruises was not true. He said Mary was thrown from the drivers side to the passenger side. The Harborview emergency room medical reports show no sign of bruises or injury due to being thrown.
The lying is not limited to these specifics alone which are grounds to throw out her case. I am not going to go into these now but I would like to mention Officer Barber. The police have lied to his parents on when he died. He died instantly and not at Harborview Medical. The emergency room medical report also notes this and Mary was told at the accident scene he was dead. Officer Barber's parents had the right to know their son did not suffer. This lie by the Seattle police chief is unconscionable.
