Justice for Mary Jane Rivas

Update

I visited Mary at the jailhouse and she said she pled guilty because if she went to trial she believes her and her daughter would be killed and also because she was so tired of her trial being continuously postponed. After a long talk with Mary she told me she would plead innocent and go to trial.

Update

After my jailhouse visit with Mary I have no doubt the Mafia controlled drug corrupted system has pushed her over the edge-precipitated by her seeing firsthand the criminal death of a jail inmate. During my visit with Mary all she could talk about was this death. She told me: "Jail says girl was 51 years old-lie, girl was way younger; her cell was a crime scene but why did they let cellmate continue to live in cell?; girl that died was hit in head and all they did was put a bandaid on her head and tell to go to cell-next thing she was found dead; nobody is supposed to say anything!"
Mary is also in fear of her life from the jail personnel.

Update

A few days after my jailhouse visit with Mary she wrote me a letter reversing herself and putting in writing her belief that the lives of her and her loved ones are in danger and she is pleading guilty.

Update

Mary Jane Rivas' guilty plea is constitutionally invalid-it was not knowingly, intelligently, and voluntarily made.

Update

Anyone who doubts what I am posting should read the classic in its field: "Lucky Luciano: The Man Who Organized Crime in America".
Lucky Luciano was convicted and sent to prison on the testimony of prostitutes. The hardest job the prosecution had was overcoming the fear of the prostitutes that if they went to trial they would be killed for telling the truth. The conduct of the police, prosecutor and judge resulted in Lucky Luciano going to prison. The conduct of the police, prosecutor and judge in the Mary Jane Rivas case are resulting in a member of the highest crime family in Seattle continuing his nefarious activities. I will be referencing all this in detail to this book in coming posts.

I'll bet you never visited the grave of my friend Joselito Barber who your so called victim Mary Jane Rivas killed while driving 80 mph on a Seattle surface street while coked up. It sickens me that you can find pity for Rivas, while ignoring the life she took. Shame on you!!! RIP Lito SPD 6897
