Captain
I have a captains license granted to me by the U. S. Coast Guard. My government has entrusted me with the highest honor-the care and safety of human life on the high seas. My government has also granted me permanent charitable status to care for the spiritual well-being of my fellowman. To do this I try to follow the example of my captain-Jesus Christ. Jesus voluntarily gave his life to save us. As a captain I would give my life to save the lives I have been entrusted with.
I have a book written for captains called "Drugs and Ships" published by The International Maritime Organization, London, England. Its author wrote that if he could save one life from the drug scourge his life would have been worthwhile. My motivation is the same. This is why I post this blog, at considerable risk to my safety, week after week. I will continue to try to be true to my calling as a captain.
