This week I mailed my June 03, 2008, June 04, 2008, June 05, 2008, and June 14, 2008 posts to Amy Wales-Thomas Wales daughter. Please pray she may take action concerning these posts and show the courage of her father.

...what I set out to do.

For now I have accomplished with this blog what I set out to do. I will now be using these posts for civil disobedience purposes in a nonviolent way in the tradition of Jesus, King, and Gandhi. I will try weekly to inform you to whom I am mailing these posts.

Mountaintop Sea Ministries, International has information crucial to solving the Thomas Wales assassination, which has not been posted, regarding the letter mailed from Las Vegas and a person I know who was prosecuted by Thomas Wales. I will only provide this information to U.S. attorney John Durham and Thomas Wales daughter. Please see 2-25-08 post-"A List of Cowards."

Why?-The Answer!

Why was Thomas Wales assassinated? Here is my answer:
The dams on the Columbia River made possible an unlimited and dependable source of water for irrigation and turned a vast desert area into productive farmland. Wenatchee, Washington is known as the apple capital growing area of the world. Unfortunately now the Wenatchee area is becoming known as the marijuana growing capital area of the world.
The conditions along the Columbia River are perfect for growing marijuana: as mentioned an unlimited and dependable source of water, perfect growing conditions, thousands of acres of land-the remote and inaccessible canyons of the Columbia River.
The other factors necessary for a billion dollar grow operation are also in place: Wenatchee's proximity to Seattle, Washington-the most corrupt city in the United States, providing ease of money laundering through Seattle's booming real estate market-commercial and residential; a general population which voted to legalize marijuana; the thriving 'Third Level' which I document in this blog-the Mafia's infiltration of politics, law enforcement, and the courts; the Seattle Mafia's histoical involvement and experience in supplying the illicit: marijuana; and the containerized warehouse distribution network made possible by Wenatchee being the apple growing capital area of the world and a corrupt Port of Seattle distribution network both being able to be used for marijuana shipments anywhere in the country or the world.
The only obstacle to this potential billion dollar industry was Thomas Wales. He knew the Mafia needed helicopters for transporting supplies and personnel to the remote and inaccessible marijuana growing areas and for transporting the marijuana quickly in large quantities to the distribution networks.
Thomas Wales strategy was similar to the strategy that put Al Capone in prison. Al Capone wasn't prosecuted for murder and his other Mafia activities but for tax evasion. Thomas Wales didn't build his case on drug charges but on a Mafia controlled legitimate business illegally converting military helicopters for civilian use. Thomas Wales was a career U.S. prosecutor known for meticulously building his cases over years and this prosecution was no different.
Unfortunately U.S. prosecutor Wales was the victim of the 'Third Level' and the case was dismissed with only a misdemeanor charge and never allowed to go to trial-the same as with Mary Rivas and for the same reasons-Seattle's 'Third Level' would have been exposed starting with Ron Sims.
The Mafia knew Thomas Wales couldn't be silenced and was thinking of running for U.S. senate. He had to be silenced for good through through assassination.
If Thomas Wales were alive today he would tell you the truth can never be silenced.
I would like to close with a quote by Italian national hero General Dalla Chilsa who was appointed by the Italian Government to brake the back of the Sicilian Mafia and 'Third Level' and in the end, like Thomas Wales, never received the support of his government(isolated) and was assassinated by the Mafia:

"I believe I have understood the new rules of the game: the powerful government official gets killed when two conditions intertwine: he has both become too dangerous and at the same time he is isolated and therefore killable."

One day at the head of a Columbia River canyon near Wenatchee I heard what I thought sounded like a semi approaching on the nearby road. Then out of nowhere a converted military helicopter appeared and flew directly over me at ground level.

One night near a remote warehouse distribution center in the desert near Wenatchee along the Columbia River I listened to converted military helicopters all night coming and going from the remote canyons of the Columbia River. You could not see them because they were flying without navigation lights.

If I were Thomas Wales daughter I would be demanding to know if the following crime groups were involved in the assassination of my father: the Sicilian Mafia, The Italian Mafia, the Mexican cartels, Medellin and Cali cartels (Columbia), the Triads and Tongs (China), Yardies and Posses (Jamaica), the Russian Mafia, Albanian Mafia, the Yakuza (Japan), or outlaw motorcycle gangs (North America). I believe it was the American Mafia who assassinated Thomas Wales but all possibilities need to be investigated. Consider the following facts about the Chinese Mafia-the Triads and Tongs and specifically the Big Circle Gang;

The Japanese Yakuza and the Chinese Triads are the best known, and both operate in the United States and Canada , as well as in Europe. In the United States they are concentrated in Los Angeles, San Francisco, Seattle, Boston, and New York, specializing in high-tech crime, as well as people smuggling, drug trafficking, and vehicle theft."

When I had my office on Beacon Hill in the 1980s the entire block of storefront businesses, an apatment house, and private residence were machine gunned one night, including my business. The police never investigated, the press never reported this, and the politicians remained silent. A fellow businessman, whose wife was Japanese and ran the store two businesses from me, said it was the Tongs and Triads who were responsible and they did it because they didn't want his wife, who was Japanese, operating a business on Beacon Hill.
The lady who owned the laundromat across the street had her Swedish relatives visiting from Sweden and they said to her: "Why don't you leave this god-awful city and come back to live in Sweden?" She retired a few years later and now lives in Sweden.
Only in Seattle-the most corrupt city in America!

...things will change...

The U.S. Justice Department knows what is going on in Seattle with the 'Third Level' (the Mafia's infiltration of politicians, the courts, and law enforcement) and the assassination of U.S. prosecutor Thomas Wales. Why do you think John McKay-U.S. attorney, Seattle, was fired and the Thomas Wales case, under orders of the director of the FBI, was transferred out of the jurisdiction of the Seattle FBI to the Portland office of the FBI? John McKay needs to be criminally investigated, not the former director of the FBI as he is calling for, and removed from the board of the Thomas Wales Foundation.
The U.S Department of Justice also knows President Bush pardons drug dealers and has de-emphasized organized crime investigations. i.e. Christmas, 2007-out of twenty presidential pardons fifteen were given to high level drug dealers.
Perhaps when we have a new president like McCain and a U.S. Attorney like Guilliani the Thomas Wales case will be solved. History can repeat itself:

*Mafia informers are key to the Thomas Wales case being solved. Mary Rivas is the perfect informer regarding the 'Third Level' in Seattle.

"Battleship Schweizer"

A couple posts ago I mentioned how I would be writing about other family members and how they have been affected by drugs and alcohol.
My brothers grew up on Mercer Island, Washington where the drug movement in the Pacific Northwest started. A national magazine-Life Magazine-did a feature article on Mercer Island and drugs. The kids on Mercer Island were "rich kids" and had all the money needed to buy drugs and alcohol. Drugs and alcohol were their culture. My brothers were part of this culture. To this day I have good reason to believe drugs and alcohol are still part of their culture. (I have observed paranoid behavior in my youngest brother due to drug useage). Both brothers now live in Port Townsend, Washington, a small town where drugs and alcohol are part of the culture. Port Townsend is in Jefferson County and the counties dairy farms have now been replaced by marijuana growing.
My mother also lives in Port Townend in an assisted living residence. I know her and her fellow housemates are on "prescribed drugs." Some in the home are no more than human zombies who are parked in front of a tv all day. As with my mother I know the drugs are given to them under doctors orders to make them easy to manage and intolerable conditions tolerable. Once my mother told me in a fit: "I hate it here, I hate it here."
My youngest boy is abusing drugs and alcohol. As I have mentioned before the picture of him falling into his own vomit is from alcohol poisioning for which he was rushed to emergency. His eyes are permanently changed probably from the bright flame used to light crack cocaine in the dark of the night a few inches from his eyes.
Lastly my daughter. One day while going through my papers I came across a picture of her. I noticed how glassy her eyes were and thought how she never used to look like that. I suspected her glassy eyes were from alcohol abuse. I called AA and they confirmed this. (My daughter recently married and her husbands picture for MySpace is him and his cousin standing in front of the Disneyland Castle with their beer bottles prominently displayed as is his beer gut.)
You can now plainly see the "Battleship Schweizer" is sinking on the storm tossed sea of the Mafia controlled drug and alcohol corrupted system. Whether she can be saved remains to be seen but at this point I'm doubtful. If she is lost to the storm tossed Mafia controlled drug corrupted sea maybe the memory of the tragic loss of this once great "batteship" (once she was 100% drug and alcohol free) will save others on this storm tossed sea. If just one life is saved her sinking will not have been in vain.
I refute anything my family has to say about what I have written with one psychological word-Denial!
