Total Victory

Saturday morning February 19, 2011 at 3:00 a.m. Ninja and I were awoken by six shotgun blasts approximately 400-600 feet away. Then approximately 100-200 feet away we heard rapid handgun shots. Ninja immediately started barking and growling and ran to the door. I called 911 for the King County Sheriff and she said she would send a deputy. When the deputy never came Ninja and I went looking for the source of the gunshots. Ninja briefly picked up the scent of where the shots had been fired from and which way the car had left.
The next day Ninja led me to the area where the shotgun blasts had come from. We found three syringes on the ground.
I reported this to 911 and they sent a deputy to gather this evidence. I related to the deputy what I have been writing on my blog and the numerous threats to my life. She made no comment.
The next day I called the supervisor for 911 on why I wasn't given a case number and my concern for the safekeeping of the evidence because the syringes would have DNA and fingerprints and would lead to organized crime and who was making the attempts on my life.
Interestingly I was told there was a case number. I didn't understand why she kept telling me to call internal investigations and gave me their phone number till she told me the following which proves all my assertions in my blog concerning the 'Third Level'. She said the deputy wrote in her report the syringes were not used-a blatant lie and the syringes were immediately destroyed. Before the deputy came to get the syringes I took a close-up picture of the used syringes on the ground.
I went back to where the syringes had been and found the cotton they used with their needles and also the drug paraphernalia (and residue) for cooking and making their meth injectible and needle marks where they sucked the meth into their syringes.
I now have 100% proof of the 'Third Level' and all the allegations I have been making in my blog and that the 'Third Level' wants to silence me by violence for the same reasons they silenced U.S. Prosecuting Attorney Thomas Wales and Washington State Patrol Trooper Gary Miller, Washington State Patrol Trooper Kristopher Sperry, and Washington State Patrol communications manager Anne Miller-Hewitt by violence -because I am exposing the 'Third Level' and its involvement in the largest marijuana grow operation in the United States.

Revision to February 07, 2011 Post

The Washington State Patrol has not acted upon any of my concerns and I would like to add Captain De Palma's name to my February 07, 2011 post.
I would also like to add the following to my complaint:
Chief Batiste is responsible for the deaths of the three Washington State Patrol employees because he failed to provide safety training on how Washington State Patrol employees can keep themselves safe in their personal residences.
Note: When four City of Seattle firefighters lost their lives the Seattle fire chief held himself personally responsible for their deaths and resigned. I will never forget my conversation with him regarding this matter. He told me he was taking his blood pressure every hour. His courage and honesty has made the job of fire fighters safer to this day.

Internal Investigations Complaint-Chief Batiste, Captain Barry, Washington State Patrol

We have made a complaint with Internal Investigations, Washington State Patrol, against Chief Batiste and Captain Barry for:
Covering-up the fire bombing deaths of Washington State Patrol communications manager Anne Miller-Hewitt, Washington State Patrol Trooper Gary Miller, and Washington State Patrol Trooper Kristopher Sperry because to solve this crime would lead to the 'Third Level'-organized crimes infiltration of politics, the courts, and law enforcement.
Not notifying the Director of Homeland Security and other law enforcement agencies that the drug war in the United States has now escalated to targeting U. S. law enforcement personnel with fire bombing thereby putting all law enforcement personnel dealing with organized crime and drugs at risk from such attacks.
Refusing to let me provide specific information I have regarding this crime, the 'Third Level', and its relationship to the assassination of U.S. Assistant Attorney Thomas Wales and the largest marijuana grow operation in the United States located in Chelan and Kittatas counties, Washington State.
Refusing to help me with my safety and my German Shepherd because of the attempts against my life and the attempted poisonings of my shepherd as a a result of my ministry working for justice in this matter.
Not respecting my ministries commemoration of the deaths of Anne Miller-Hewitt, Gary Miller, and Kristopher Sperry.
Harrassment and discrimination against me and my ministry.
