I will describe their reactions to this letter and you will understand the extent of drug corruption in this country. Please note I said this country. Dr. Rafig lives in Kashmir(India) and this statement does not apply to him. He is a beacon of hope!

Letter to Laura Laughlin, special agent in charge, Seattle FBI

Annie is a deeply spiritual person who lived her spirituality always helping the homeless and addicts and inspiring and helping countless people through my ministry personally and through her art depicting the drug culture. It has been a tragedy to see her treatment programs and doctors fail her and forceing her to give up her spirituality as a condition of her treatment and receiving methodone. I also have conclusive proof of her giving up her spirituality.
I truly believe when she is cured of her addictions by her doctors in India she could become the "Mother Teresa" of this country-I have told her this many times. All she has to do is keep her promise to go to Kashmir, India for treatment if her treatment programs failed her here. She made this promise to me many times.

Letter to Laura Laughlin, special agent in charge, Seattle FBI

I am also a licensed captain in the U.S. Merchant Marine and took an oath to uphold the laws of my country. I am enclosing photocopies from "Drugs and Ships" published by the International Maritime Organization which reflects my philosophy toward the drug scourge and why I have been motivated now for well over 20 years trying to do something about this terrible scourge.
I am also enclosing writings from Thomas Merton which reflect the root causes of why 5 Washington State sponsored treatment programs have failed Annie and her baby, and solutions which are spiritual.

Letter will be concluded next week.

Letter to Laura Laughlin-Special agent in charge, Seattle FBI continued

THS, DSHS, doctors and PTS are useing methodone to control the behavior of Annie preventing her from going to Kashmir, India for treatment by two of the worlds most prominent M.D.'s ; preventing her from working for my ministry; and preventing her from seeing me to prevent me from finding out the specifics of the harmful effects of heroin and methodone on her and her baby.
Religious discrimination and harassment against my Christian ministry and discrimination against the Muslim faith and Dr. Rafig, M.D. and colleagues, and spiritual traditions of India and China by THS, DSHS, her doctors and PTS.
DSHS, THS, doctors, and PTS manipulating Annie into useing courts and Seattle Police to harass and discredit me and my ministry. The judge threw out her action against me. The Seattle Police lieutenant promised me the harrassment would stop although it hasn't.
Sadly the above occured during her entire pregnancy and now in the months afterword. She is still suffering from her addictions of which I have conclusive proof.
