A Stick in Shit

The Mafia controlled drug corrupted system reminds me of the words of a holy man: "When you stick a stick in shit, no matter how you turn the stick it is still shit."

Justice for Mary Jane Rivas

Update

I visited Mary at the jailhouse and she said she pled guilty because if she went to trial she believes her and her daughter would be killed and also because she was so tired of her trial being continuously postponed. After a long talk with Mary she told me she would plead innocent and go to trial.

Update

After my jailhouse visit with Mary I have no doubt the Mafia controlled drug corrupted system has pushed her over the edge-precipitated by her seeing firsthand the criminal death of a jail inmate. During my visit with Mary all she could talk about was this death. She told me: "Jail says girl was 51 years old-lie, girl was way younger; her cell was a crime scene but why did they let cellmate continue to live in cell?; girl that died was hit in head and all they did was put a bandaid on her head and tell to go to cell-next thing she was found dead; nobody is supposed to say anything!"
Mary is also in fear of her life from the jail personnel.

Update

A few days after my jailhouse visit with Mary she wrote me a letter reversing herself and putting in writing her belief that the lives of her and her loved ones are in danger and she is pleading guilty.

Update

Mary Jane Rivas' guilty plea is constitutionally invalid-it was not knowingly, intelligently, and voluntarily made.

Update

Anyone who doubts what I am posting should read the classic in its field: "Lucky Luciano: The Man Who Organized Crime in America".
Lucky Luciano was convicted and sent to prison on the testimony of prostitutes. The hardest job the prosecution had was overcoming the fear of the prostitutes that if they went to trial they would be killed for telling the truth. The conduct of the police, prosecutor and judge resulted in Lucky Luciano going to prison. The conduct of the police, prosecutor and judge in the Mary Jane Rivas case are resulting in a member of the highest crime family in Seattle continuing his nefarious activities. I will be referencing all this in detail to this book in coming posts.

Ron Sims and the 'Third Level'

You more than anyone are responsible for the persecution of Mary Jane Rivas and her forced confession. Your public defender attorneys have harassed Mary for fourteen months to plead guilty. You knew she would plead guilty or commit suicide. You have done this because you more than anyone know her trial or the arrest and trial of the real driver would lead to the breaching of the 'Third Level'-the Mafia's infiltration of the courts, police and politicians. I will continue to breach the 'Third Level' and work for the freedom of Mary and work to see you and your cronies are held criminally responsible for your involvement with the 'Third Level' and what you are doing to Mary. I will also work to hold you criminally responsible for the deaths at your jail-(modern day lynchings).

Note: I mailed the above to Ron Sims on 9-28-07. I wrote it on a postcard showing the Grand Coulee Dam. On the top of the postcard I wrote: A permanent monument to the triumph of the truth over lies and the perseverence of one man-Rufous Woods, founder Wenatchee World Newspaper.

Update: Mountaintop Sea Ministries, International is now going to investigate if the U.S. prosecuting attorney was assassinated because he was breaching the 'Third Level'. His daughter deserves to know the truth.
