Norm Maleng-Hypocrite and Me

Please read my August 2 post again.
Even though the police officer risked his life to apprehend the gang members; even though I was robbed and beaten unconcious; even though I could have positively identified the gang leader; even though the police officer told me I was lucky to be alive; even though this crime was drug related (they were in extreme withdrawal and needed money for a fix); even though this crime happened in Federal Way's main shopping area that was well lighted; even though the police officer said hopefully the prosecutor will be calling you; even though the detective said he would be having me come in to identify the gang leader; even though there has been constant media coverage of the gang problem in Seattle and the suburbs; even though Norm Maleng has made constant public statements on the gang problem; even though before robbing and beating me they had just robbed and beaten a man in the Walmart parking lot; even though...nothing has happened! Norm Maleng did not prosecute the gang members who could have easily killed me and the police officer-the police officer had three of the gang members coming at him and had to draw his revolver.
Once again after writing this and thinking of what Norm Maleng, Chief Kerlikowske, and the drug corrupted system are doing to Mary I have only one word for Norm Maleng and his cronies-it was Jesus's most used word: HYPOCRITES!

Ron Sims-Godless King County

King County is the most Godless county in the country. The person responsible is Ron Sims.
Years ago Ron Sims did everything to stop the DARE drug education program for children my former wife spearheaded. She got so fed up with King County and Ron Sims she quit and went back to teaching Sunday school. I called the Los Angeles Police Department (they started the Dare program) and related why my wife had quit and the chief said I had brought up violations of the law and I would be reading about DARE in the papers in a couple months. Two months later DARE went into all the schools in King County, not just Federal Way, and was the best drug education program for children in the country. Ron Sims had been exposed-you can draw your own conclusions.
Ron Sims has not changed though. Today there is no DARE drug education program in King County, there is no prayer, you cannot say merry Christmas, men of God cannot visit inmates in the county jail anytime, no religious materials can be given inmates in the county jail, and Ron Sims has closed the Cedar Hills Treatment Center. Ron Sims has even disavowed the teachings of the Reverend Doctor Martin Luther King, Jr. I sent him a well researched speech on what I believe Martin would have said about the Capitol Hill massacre. His office says they never received it. They won't let me talk to the person who personally told me she would talk to Ron Sims about what I believe Martin would have to say about the Capitol Hill massacre based on his sermon given when the little girls attending Sunday school were killed in the Birmingham Church bombing.
Perhaps the Godless King County Ron Sims has fostered is best illustrated by the following true story.
When Ron Sims closed Cedar Hills Treatment Center he asked AA to bail him out. AA started meetings for the alcoholics displaced by the closure of Cedar Hills. We all know AA is a deeply spiritual organization. The Serenity Prayer is the heart of every meeting. Ron Sims did not allow the Serenity Prayer to be said. Instead they held up a cardboard sign with the prayer written on it and the prayer is read silently. I do not know who I have more contempt for -the leaders of AA who denounce their God every meeting or Ron Sims. This certainly illustrates the King County Ron Sims has created. When you think of Ron Sims being an ordained minister think of Judas who was a disciple of Jesus.
What is happening to Mary is what happens to people in Godless countries. In a Godless society people are assumed guilty till proven innocent. In a spiritual country people are assumed innocent till proven guilty. Ron Sims office has given me detailed arguments on why Mary is guilty. I have heard the same arguments from a person who represents the King County Council.
Please pray for justice for Mary.
Please pray for Mary's accusers.
Please pray for Ron Sims.

Paul Allen and Cocaine

X* related the following to me a few years back:
His girlfriends brother was beaten up, thrown down the gully in back of his house, and left for dead. Somehow he survived and was taken to the hospital. The doctors didn't know if he would live and both his parents came to see him. He did survive and recuperated for several months. He is security for Paul Allen. No one could believe Paul Allen kept him on full pay during his recovery. X told me it was a random beating.
I had my doubts about this being a random beating. I called Seattle Police Department narcotics and spoke with a detective. I related the above. He explained random beatings are rare and said the incident was probably drug related. He asked if X wanted to be an undercover informant against Paul Allen? I said I would ask him but believed there wouldn't be a chance in the world he would do this. I also expressed my concern about X being on cocaine. The detective was very compassionate and knowledgeable and gave me very sound advice regarding X.
I was so impressed with the detectives concern for X and help I wrote Chief Kerlikowske a letter praising the detective. The chief wrote me a nice letter back. He said: "I will share your letter with Sergeant ... as well as his supervisors... I will also ensure a copy of your letter is placed in his personnel file for reference when considering a promotion..." The chief thanked me for writing.
When I told X what the detective had said regarding the beating of his girlfriends brother X got upset. He said the detective didn't know what he was talking about and he had (X) just told me this story because he knew I would "get going over this incident." To prove how wrong the detective and me were he told me there was an ongoing feud between his girlfriends brother and a black kid who had raped his sister a couple years earlier. The beating was related to this.
Six months later when I asked X if anything was new regarding this incident he said his girlfriends brother was going to a police lineup to pick out the person who attacked him. When I asked him why he was going to do this when he knew who the person was I got only evasive answers. He was going to ask his girlfriend about this but when I would ask if he had talked to his girlfriend about this the answers were always evasive.
X months later did confess that his girlfriend used cocaine. He told me she would go home with different men when the bar would close and spend the night with them. X was unable to face the reality that his girlfriend was into prostitution to finance her cocaine habit. X could also not admit she was a serious cocaine addict-even to this day, the usual denial of drug users.
So how did all this end? The girl has never been through drug rehab. She is living in South America with a soccer star who can well afford to pay for her habit.
Everyday I live with the fear and uncertainty of wondering if X has overdosed from cocaine usage.
For months I tried to talk to the detective and give him the additional two stories . He would never answer his phone or return my calls as I requested on his voice mail. If story number three is correct an innocent man is probably spending years in prison so Paul Allen can be protected.
Obviously Paul Allen was never investigated for this and his involvement with the cocaine world. I know the detective was sincere and professional about wanting to investigate Paul Allen. I believe he was stopped by Chief Kerlikowske himself.
Remember cocaine overdose deaths in Seattle in the last year increased eighty percent.
I could write more but you can draw your own conclusions based on the facts above relating to cocaine, Paul Allen, the detective, and Chief Kerlikowske.

Norm Maleng-HYPOCRITE!

Norm Maleng is going to try to put Mary away for the rest of her life because she failed treatment and because she tested positive for cocaine.
This blog was started to expose the corruption of the Godless state funded drug treatment programs that don't work. We will continue to expose those responsible-law enforcement and politicians, i.e. Congressman Dave Reicherdt, whom Norm Maleng just described in the most complementary terms in the Seattle Times.
But what about the cocaine aspect. What has Norm Maleng done to stop the flow of cocaine into this country and King County. The answer is nothing. What high level figure in the cocaine trade, i.e. Paul Allen (the subject of a future post) has he prosecuted-no one. Has he put his life in danger to stop the cocaine scourge destroying this country-no!
I asked my father why in Columbia are people willing to die to stop the cocaine economy in their country? He didn't know. Why have presidents been assassinated? Why have the highest judges been assassinated? Why have the highest prosecutors been assassinated? Why have the highest police chiefs been assassinated? Why did Pope John Paul II go to Columbia and risk his life speaking out against the almost hopeless situation with cocaine. The answer is very simple-Columbia is still a spiritual country and practicing Catholics are willing to give their lives for their faith.
Why is no one willing to do the same here? The answer once again is very simple: we are no longer a spiritual nation. Ron Sims has made King County the most Godless county in the country and Christians have let this happen (subject of future post). As the rest of the western civilized world knows and the Muslim world we are known as a nation of rudeness, violence, and greed-traits of a drug corrupted society. These are the traits of Norm Maleng, his political cronies, and friends.
Jesus would have one word to describe Norm Maleng for wanting to put Mary away for the rest of her life for allegedly testing positive for cocaine and failing treatment-HYPOCRITE!

Tainted-The U.S. Coast Guard

As a United States Merchant Marine captain with an upper level ocean license granted by the U.S. Coast Guard it is disheartening to write about how the U.S. Coast Guard has become tainted by the drug corrupted system in Seattle.
I used to race my sailboat but quit because racing was becoming to hazardous due to drug and alcohol usage by some sailors while racing.
The Port of Seattle, a yacht club, and two businesses sponsored a race this year every Friday night during August. To promote the race they gave out free beer after the race at the yacht club. By doing this they attracted the alcoholics and drug addicts to the races.
As if this wasn't bad enough the race course crossed the entrance to the locks and rounded the main buoy for vessel traffic coming in and out of Seattle. This course and the racing sailboats in effect created a hazard to safe navigation, let alone the hazard created by these boats having a skipper and crew under the influence of drugs and alcohol.
I did my duty as a captain and brought this to the attention of the U.S. Coast Guard captain in charge. He agreed with me about the course and said he was against drug and alcohol usage on the water. He thanked me and said he would get back to me. I never heard from him again. The races went on and the U.S. Coast Guard became part of Seattle's drug corrupted system.

It Should Have Been a Wake-Up Call

I like to go to the desert or forest to write my posts. It is beautiful and peaceful most of the time. I park at forest service trailheads or the entrances to state wildlife refuges. I said most of the time because these areas are used by drug addicts, drug dealers , and drug growers. People involved with drugs like to do their thing in privacy so after I am at these areas for around five days the sheriff always comes around. He asks if I'm all right and says someone called in and was worried if I was ok. Sometimes the sheriff is nice and sometimes not. The sheriff in Kittatas County has always been nice. The last time someone reported me in Kittatas County I told the sheriff it was the drug dealers and growers who are calling him because they don't want me seeing their comings and goings. He said he would pass it up the line and thanked me.
In King County the sheriff was intimidating, threatening, and accusative. I lobbied key people that the sheriff was involved in the drug trade and the forest service also. I talked to the head ranger and he covered for the sheriff. This is the same forest district where the two women were murdered. The Seattle Times won't report this but they were murdered because they saw something the drug dealers or growers didn't want them to see. This tragic murder should have been a wake-up call but the drug corrupted system covered it up.
It used to be you had to worry about trailhead theft from your parked car but now you also have to be concerned for your very life. Be careful and take safety precautions in these areas: carry mace, go in groups, avoid and report suspicious activity, stay on trail, take your dog if allowed, take your cell phone, always let someone know where you are going and when you will return, and be aware of your surroundings.

My Life

The drug corrupted system would like to silence my blog by silencing me.
The drug corrupted system doesn't want me to see Mary Rivas because they know Mary can verify everything I am writing about the drug corrupted system and this could lead to her freedom.
The King County jail director and King County Executive Ron Sims are not allowing me professional visits to see Mary even though my ministry has the highest approval possible from the IRS and as a licensed captain I have the highest security approval possible from Homeland Security.
The drug corrupted system has purposely put my life in danger. They know I have reported Mary's pimp to the Seattle police as the driver of the suv that killed Officer Barber. They know how dangerous the drug world is and especially how dangerous pimps can be.
The jail director has said I can only visit Mary during regular visiting hours. They know this decision puts my life in danger from the pimp. The pimp would know the exact times I would be at the jail visiting Mary. He could lay in wait for me coming or going or even follow me from the jail. During professional visits I would be safe from the pimp because I could show up anytime.
I have good information that the pimp is looking for me and that my life is in danger. I also believe Mary's life is in danger from the drug corrupted system because of her association with me and my ministry, even though she has no personal involvement with my blog, and because of what she knows about the drug corrupted system. In an effort to protect Mary I will be giving this blog to whoever can advocate for her safety.
The fact that the drug corrupted system knowingly has tried to put my life in danger from the pimp and the pimp is looking for me prove that he was the driver of the suv that killed Officer Barber and that Mary was the passenger.
I am not going to be deterred from exposing the drug corrupted system and working for Mary's freedom. If I can survive Afghanistan and Ben Laden militants in Muslim Kashmir, India I can survive here.
Once again I am going to close this post by stating a fact: Seattle is the only city in the country where a federal prosecuting attorney has been assassinated and the case was transferred out of the jurisdiction of the Seattle FBI and Seattle police to the Portland FBI on orders of FBI headquarters in Washington D.C.
Pray for Mary's freedom, pray for Mary's accusers, and pray for my safety.

BAD FAITH

One of the most important judicial concepts is "Bad Faith." A defense attorney can go before the judge and ask the judge to throw out a case because the prosecution is acting in "Bad Faith" regarding evidence. This concept is obviously rooted in our Judeo-Christian tradition. The definition of faith is: confident belief, or trust in a person, idea, or thing.
Norm Maleng is acting in bad faith for a number of reasons as my blog is documenting but perhaps the most glaring is the willful destruction of the most key evidence:
After the wreck Mary was found in the passenger seat severely injured and unable to move. She was removed from the suv by moving her across the front seats and divider and out the drivers side. This means her blood and fingerprints will be on the entire front inside of car-passenger side, middle, and drivers side. The police even asked her to turn off the ignition because the car was still running! They could have taken her out the back and preserved all evidence showing she was a passenger.
Last week the prosecutor had the judge sign a court order to take saliva from Mary's mouth for DNA. Unbelievable!
If Mary had competent, honest, and ethical attorneys and Seattle wasn't as I believe the most drug corrupted city in this country Mary would be free now.
Just remember Seattle is the only city in the country where a federal prosecuting attorney was assassinated and on orders of FBI headquarters the case was transferred out of the jurisdiction of the Seattle FBI and Seattle Police to the Portland FBI office.
Please pray that Mary can find a competent, honest, and ethical attorney who isn't in cahoots with the drug corrupted system.
The concept of "Bad Faith" doesn't have to be upheld by the 13th Circuit Court of Appeals in San Francisco-it could be upheld by the King County Superior Court right here in Seattle, Washington.
